Batch Flac to Ogg converter

Now that I've undertaken the project of archiving my CD collection into loslessly compressed Flac files, I needed a way to batch convert them into Ogg files that I could use on my iRiver.

The hard part, of course, is that I wanted this to run on Windows so that Young could run it on her laptop.

So here you go:

A Cygiwin-based recursive Flac to Ogg converter script that will run on Windows. It allows you to set the quality level (1-10), and is smart enough to not re-convert files that have already been processed.
